ORDER HELP

To place an order, follow the 5 easy steps below:

Step 1: Choose your Pictures
As you view your images, you can add your favourites to your cart. At this point you have not committed to buying them and can decide to remove them later. *Tip* Don't worry about sizes or other options. This is done at the next step.

Step 2: Choose your Product Options
When you have added your images to your cart, the next step is to decide how you would like to display the pictures, click on "Shopping Cart" on the main navigation menu, where you will see the pictures you have added to your cart. Choose "Add a product" which will bring up our Ordering Wizard. Here you can choose Print options, Photo Art or Gift Options. After you have chosen your options click the "Add to cart" button. Repeat this process if you require multiple product options i.e. 3 x 10 x 8 prints, 4 x 5 x 7 prints, 1 x A2 canvas etc.

Tips:
- To go back to a photo’s page or gallery without
  re-logging, click the name.
- To modify a photo’s product, click on its line of description.
- To view only the preview of a photo, click on its thumbnail.

Step 3: Confirming your order
When you have finished adding your product options for each print check your Grand Total and add any Voucher codes you may have. The next step is to confirm your order. You can do this by choosing the "Checkout" under your Grand Total.

Step 4: Delivery Details
The next page asks for your delivery details. Fill in your details fully and double check them before continuing to the payment page.

Step 5. Paying for your order.
To pay for your order go to "Checkout" where your payment will be handled via the PROTX secure server. Please note the little padlock on the bottom of the screen for your added security. Fill in your card details, check your card holder address and then press "Proceed" to submit your payment.
